This weekend brings the inaugural Calfifornia Roots Music and Arts Festival, featuring a gaggle of Cali-based bands, from So-Cal dub rockers The Dirty Heads to South Bay reggae/funk/rock heroes 880 South to Moss Landing's own Hallway Ballers. We'll talk with some of the principals this week, including promoter Jeff Monser, and the bands who are performing. Stay tuned.
